Since 1992, Velvet Matheson has worked in the Alberta area for varies cabinet companies and interior design/renovation firms and is now the founder and principal designer of Little Red Door Inc.

Velvet is an experienced interior designer, interior design technologist and feng shui consultant who believes that designs should not only be beautiful and practical but should create an environment that inspires our dreams.

With 16 years experience in the Alberta design industry, and born and raised in Alberta, Velvet gathers her inspiration through exploring other cultures and the outdoors. She holds a diploma in Interior Design Technology, Business Management, and is certified as a Feng Shui practitioner studying under David Daniel Kennedy and Grandmaster Professor Lin Yun.
